Extended Christmas Return Policy

To make your Christmas shopping more convenient, we offer an extended return period on all Christmas gifts purchased between 24 November and 18 December 2025.

All items purchased during this period can be returned until 15 January 2026.

This extended return period is an additional service on top of the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
