Can you assist with a complaint?
According to EU consumer law, all products purchased on mpdenmark.com/de come with a 2-year legal guarantee.
For products purchased on mpdenmark.dk, all complaints must be directed to our customer service at:mpwebshop@mpdenmark.com
Complaints regarding MP Denmark products that were not purchased on mpdenmark.dk should be directed to the retailer where the product was bought.
Can I exchange some of my socks?
We currently do not have an exchange portal. The easiest way to exchange an item is by returning it and placing a new order.
