How do I return my order?

As a customer at MP Denmark, you always have a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your goods.
To return an item, it must be unused, and the tags and packaging must remain intact.

If you wish to return your purchase, please send your item(s) to:

Remember to include your order number with your return, as well as your name and address if possible, to facilitate the process.

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, and all shipments to MP Denmark must be sent with home delivery, as we do not accept returns sent to parcel shops or cash on delivery.

We recommend sending the package with insurance.
Please remember to keep the receipt for your shipment from the courier, along with the Track & Trace number, as proof that you have returned the item.
We do not compensate for items lost during the return process.

Once we have accepted your return, you will receive your refund via the same payment method used for your order.

The easiest way to exchange an item is by returning it and placing a new order at our webshop.

Can you assist with a complaint?

According to consumer law, all products purchased on mpdenmark.dk come with a 2-year warranty.

For products purchased on mpdenmark.dk, all complaints must be directed to our customer service at: mpwebshop@mpdenmark.com

Complaints regarding MP Denmark products that were not purchased on mpdenmark.dk should be directed to the retailer where the product was bought.

Can I exchange some of my socks?
We currently do not have an exchange portal. The easiest way to exchange an item is by returning it and placing a new order.
