Your Right of Withdrawal
As an MP Denmark customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under EU consumer protection legislation.
How to Request a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the button below. You will be asked to confirm your request and provide your name and order details. You will receive an automatic confirmation by email.
You can submit a return request without logging in.
Conditions
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This cost will be communicated to you before you complete your purchase.
- All returns must be sent with home delivery — we do not collect parcels from post offices or parcel shops. Parcels dropped off at parcel shops will be returned to the sender.
- Please include a note with your order number or a copy of your invoice so we can correctly identify your order.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel, please use the return request button above or contact us at info@mpdenmark.dk as soon as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The easiest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order in the shop.
Refunds
Once your return has been approved, you will receive a full refund to the payment card used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 14 days to receive your refund.
- Full order withdrawal: We will also refund the original shipping costs.
- Partial return: Shipping costs are not refunded.
Please keep your postal receipt as proof of return — we do not compensate for items lost during return shipping.
