We do not accept packages sent back to parcel shops.

14-day right of withdrawal EU policy

In relation to EU Consumer Law:

As a customer of MP Denmark, you always have a 14-day return policy from the moment you receive the item.
To return your goods, they must be unused, and the labels and packaging must be intact.

Remember to include your order number in your return, as well as your name and address if necessary to facilitate the process.

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, and all shipments to MP Denmark must be sent with delivery, as we do not accept returned items sent to a parcel shop or by cash on delivery.

We recommend that you send the package with insurance. Please keep your receipt. Remember to keep the receipt for the package submission with the shipping company, as well as the Track & Trace number that documents that you have submitted the item. We do not compensate for items lost during the return.

Once we have accepted the receipt of your return, you will receive your money back via the payment method you used to place your order.

Exchanging is easiest by returning the item and placing a new order in the shop.
