Return policy

If you wish to return your purchase, the item(s) must be sent to:

We do not accept parcels delivered to parcel shops. Returns delivered to parcel shops will be returned to the sender.

When sending back your item(s), please include a copy of the invoice or other proof of purchase so we can correctly identify your order.

Once we have received and processed your return, the refund will be issued to the payment card used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take up to 14 days before the refund appears in your account.

Cancellation of the entire purchase
If you cancel your entire purchase, we will also refund the original shipping costs.

Partial returns
For partial returns (where only part of the order is returned), the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, colour, or size, please return the original item and place a new order in the webshop.
