These sales and delivery terms apply to the purchase of goods on www.mpdenmark.dk/com for delivery in Denmark (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands) and Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Ordering and Payment
www.mpdenmark.com is open 24 hours a day, so you can almost always shop. However, it may happen that we close the store for maintenance.You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.
All prices include 25% Danish VAT but exclude shipping costs, which will be added at checkout once you have selected your preferred shipping method.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change prices without notice due to rising costs or general developments in retail prices.
You select the items you want to purchase and add them to the shopping cart. You can modify the contents of the shopping cart right up until the time of placing your order, and you can continuously check the contents as well as the price of the items.
Any additional charges for shipping and credit card fees will only be calculated just before you are ready to pay.
When you are ready to place your order, click on "go to checkout" (or equivalent), where you enter your name, address, email, phone number, payment method, and choose the delivery option. You can change the contents of your shopping cart right up until you confirm your purchase by pressing the "Order and Pay" button.
Your order will then be forwarded to www.mpdenmark.dk. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice and purchase details. Separate fees for shipping and handling will be displayed on the invoice.

We do not accept packages sent back to parcel shops.
14-day right of withdrawal EU policy
In relation to EU Consumer Law:
As a customer of MP Denmark, you always have a 14-day return period from the moment you receive the item.
To return your goods, they must be unused, and the labels and packaging must be intact.
Remember to include your order number in your return, as well as your name and address if necessary to facilitate the process.

You must cover the return shipping costs yourself, and all shipments to MP Denmark must be made with delivery, as we do not accept return items sent to a parcel shop or by cash on delivery.
We recommend that you send the package with insurance. Please keep your receipt.
Please remember to keep the receipt for the submission of the package with the shipping company, as well as the Track & Trace number that documents that you have submitted the item.
We do not compensate for items lost during the return process.
Once we have accepted the receipt of your return, you will receive your money back via the payment method you used to place your order.
Exchanging is easiest by returning the item and placing a new order in the shop.
2 years of warranty
Danish law gives you a 2-year warranty. If you wish to make a complaint about a product you have purchased from us, it must be done within a reasonable time and no later than 2 months after the defect has been discovered.
If you discover a damaged or otherwise defective product upon first receipt, you are entitled to exchange the product for a similar one immediately, or if the product is no longer available, receive a refund for the item. All claims are processed within 14 days of receiving the defective product. We handle all returns in accordance with Danish law. You will receive your refund once we have processed your return.
If we determine that there is a valid basis for your complaint, we will also refund any expenses you may have incurred in returning the item to us. In the event that we cannot establish a valid basis for your complaint, the shipping costs will be at your own expense.

The responsibility for the package while it is in transit lies with you until we have received it. We recommend sending the item securely, obtaining a receipt for the shipment, and keeping it.
